Q: Do I have to pay my fees when my child is on holiday or off due to sickness?

A: Yes, all fees are paid for the month in advance so any absences will be paid for as it is the space which will be kept vacant for you.

Q: How much notice do you require if I want to terminate my contract?

A: 1 months notice is required if you wish to take your child out of the nursery.

Q: What happens if I am late to pick up my child from nursery?

A: We understand when things go wrong however for persistent offenders there is a fine (at the manager's discretion).

Q: What are the procedures if my child is on medication?

A: The nursery policy states that the staff are only able to administer prescribed medication. Parents are asked to fill out appropriate forms when this is required.

Q: Do you accept childcare vouchers?

A: Yes, Little Ducklings accepts ALL voucher schemes. If you need to know more about nursery vouchers and how you can save money on your nursery fees then please contact the nursery manager.

Q: How do I secure a place for my child at the nursery?

A: A holding deposit is required to secure a place, this varies from £100 - £200 depending on the sessions required. This is fully refundable as long as a months' notice is given when you wish to take your child out of the nursery
